Expression of Interest: Teaching Roles in ESOL
We are excited to announce a range of teaching opportunities within our ESOL teaching team.
These positions offer a chance to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education for those seeking sanctuary and making a positive impact on experiences of the college and wider community. Successful candidates will play an integral role in teaching across our pathways for both adult and 16-18 ESOL students.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in ESOL Speaking and Listening, Reading and Writing qualifications from Entry level to level 2.
* Ensuring the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment that provide outstanding experiences for our ESOL students.
* Establishing a culture of welcome, safety and respect for people seeking sanctuary.
* Recognising and valuing ways in which students seeking sanctuary enhance our college and community.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
* Specialist teacher of ESOL qualifications (desirable).
* Ability to engage, challenge, and support students to achieve their full potential in ESOL qualifications.
