We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established early years setting located in NW9. The setting provides high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years and is looking for a strong leader to support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the provision.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in the daily operations of the nursery.

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff team.
*
Ensure high-quality childcare and uphold a safe, stimulating learning environment.
*
Implement and monitor nursery policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
*
Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with parents and carers.
*
Support staff development, training, and performance management.
*
Assist with staff recruitment, interviews, and induction processes.
Requirements:
*
Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification or above.
*
Strong knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Strong understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Health & Safety.
*
Ability to commute to NW9.
