Main Purpose of the Role

Pupil Support Assistant, Intensive Support Provision - PKC12734
£17,509 - £19,056 (27.5 Hours per week, Term-time only)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Pupil Support Assistant to join the newly expanded Intensive Support Provision (ISP) at Errol Primary School.

\n

Our ISP is an integral part of Errol Primary, offering inclusive, modern, and purpose-built facilities. These include a sensory room, an adaptable kitchen, personal care amenities, and classrooms located in a quieter area of the school, designed to meet the diverse needs of our learners.

\n

In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Teacher of Intensive Support to deliver tailored learning programmes for children and young people with complex and enduring additional support needs. You will also provide essential support to the class, ensuring the care, wellbeing, and health and safety of all pupils.

\n

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team within the ISP, as well as with a range of partner agencies involved in supporting each child or young person.

\n

Please note: While this is a permanent post within Perth & Kinross Council, the specific school placement may change depending on service requirements.
