Executive Assistant to FD / General Counsel – Management Consultancy Location: London Contract: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in the office) Salary: £45,000 basic (£50,000–£55,000 total package) Working with a brand focused on social consciousness and community. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Finance Director and General Counsel of a purpose-driven management consultancy. This is a pivotal role working closely with senior leaders and engaging with high-level clients in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Full diary and inbox management for senior leadership, anticipating needs and prioritising effectively End-to-end project management across multiple workstreams Acting as a trusted liaison between clients, stakeholders and internal teams Managing business development activity, tracking meetings and maintaining CRM systems Supporting marketing initiatives, internal communications and event coordination Ensuring all interactions reflect and enhance the firm’s brand and values About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced supporting an FD, General Counsel or senior leadership within a consultancy environment Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM systems A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Exceptionally organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously A strong relationship builder—professional, empathetic and client-focused Comfortable taking initiative, influencing outcomes and enhancing processes Passionate, driven and enthusiastic about contributing to team success Values & Culture This consultancy is committed to making a meaningful impact beyond its commercial work.
