 
        
        Video Producer – Sr. Video Producer (Contractor) – London, Aquent
Our team is the in‑house video department for a large tech/streaming service in all territories outside the US, made up of industry veterans with deep experience across film, design, editing, and storytelling. We help deliver world‑class video in close collaboration with Design, Editorial, and Production partners.
Responsibilities
 * The Producer will manage remote work streams and partners across multiple geos, time zones, and deadlines, requiring outstanding organisational and project‑management skills.
 * Look for a creative problem‑solver with high accountability who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
 * Work alongside design creatives and producers to oversee end‑to‑end production workflows in a creative environment.
 * Deliver trailer/promo/sizzle video edits, title graphics, and VFX projects from initial concept to launch.
 * Use a robust background in all methods of production and post to deliver quality work to a high standard.
 * Understand product functionality and design—from back‑end interface to front‑facing experience—to guide creative teams on video placement.
 * Prefer experience in creative agency or film post‑production, producing from initial concept through final post.
 * Provide flexibility for collaboration outside of regular office hours to accommodate APAC and US teammates.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
 * Validated ability to produce footage‑driven campaigns, including live action, VFX, motion graphics, title sequences, and video editorial deliverables with deep post‑production technical experience.
 * Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, video editors, and designers to pitch and produce high‑impact video content.
 * Oversee post‑production processes: editing, colour grading, sound design, and seamless VFX integration.
 * Provide technical oversight and QC, ensuring creative teams work within product technical parameters.
 * Manage relationships with vendors, studios, and freelance talent, maintaining quality control at all stages.
 * Develop and implement efficient production schedules and workflows tailored to each project’s needs.
 * Excellent communication and leadership; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Meticulous eye for detail, setting high standards even under tight deadlines.
 * Extensive budget‑management experience and familiarity with cost parameters for varied projects.
 * Effective collaborator, communicator, negotiator with exemplary interpersonal skills, maintaining a strong collaborative tone across cross‑functional teams.
 * Quickly grasp, distill, and synthesize concepts into clear projects and milestones.
 * Comprehensive understanding of video’s role in platform, marketing, advertising, and social channels.
 * Local network of vendor and talent relationships is a plus.
Education & Experience
 * 7+ years experience (Production, Agency, or comparable).
 * Reel or portfolio of relevant work required.
