Job Role: System Analyst - Workday Finance
Location: London
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Purpose of the Role:
The Workday finance administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, including responding to tickets raised from across the Finance and P2P teams on Easyvista.
You will build relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve their queries related to our Workday system.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Workday (or other ERP systems) and eager to deepen their knowledge in Workday.
This role involves being part of the Workday competence centre team, providing post go-live support and enhancement of Workday solutions, supporting and expanding our Workday deployment.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage the Workday finance system configuration and optimisation across the business.
2. Support Workday finance users in their daily activities.
3. Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
4. Administer and maintain the Workday finance system.
5. Support configuration changes and review new system features.
6. Provide technical and functional support for finance business processes.
7. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and challenges.
8. Create documentation to facilitate successful system changes adoption.
Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
* Experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization (certification is a plus).
* Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
* Understanding of financial systems and processes.
* At least 2 years of experience working with Workday systems.
* Experience in a Workday finance support role.
* Experience working in an international organization.
* Understanding of data security principles within Workday.
* Technical background covering multiple technologies.
* Experience in finance and/or IT functions.
* Knowledge of the property sector is a plus.

* Ability to learn new technical areas quickly.
