Timberwise is expanding and is looking for a Preservation Sales Surveyor in the Midlands area, with travel throughout the region.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conducting face-to-face surveys and maintaining contact with clients
* Developing a dedicated surveying area
* Selling the company's products and services
* Acting as a technical liaison on product aspects
* Planning and prioritising workload effectively
* Working from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for outside hours
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in timber, damp proofing, waterproofing, or property surveying
* Good knowledge of building construction
* Sales and development background, preferably in a similar field
* Passion for sales and enthusiasm for the role
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience in contract or site management
* Ability to liaise internally and externally on technical matters
* Team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to succeed
* Hold CSTDB and/or CSSW certification, or transferable skills with full training provided
* IT literacy
