Offer description

As an Operations Integration Specialist at Thames Water, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our infrastructure, ensuring that every project is built not just to work, but to last. You won't just observe projects from the sidelines, but you'll be right at the core, championing operational needs from concept through to delivery. The role requires the ability to think at a strategic level, a good understanding of wider operational impacts regionally, as well as any demands or implications on operational roles. This role will be based at one of the UK's largest Water Treatment Works during an exciting period of major enhancement and refurbishment. You will be based at a site within the Thames Valley Region on a hybrid basis. Hours – Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Representing Operations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solution sign-off and managing expectations of the delivery team.
* Planning and coordinating operational outages, aligning with wider schedules and owning outage requests.
* Analysing site conditions and performance data, identifying risks and local constraints.
* Leading stakeholder engagement, including meetings, workshops, access requests, and progress reviews.
* Supporting operational delivery through on-site presence, testing facilitation, and alignment between operational needs and investment plans.

Qualifications

* Experience delivering projects on time and within budget, coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings.
* Good understanding of engineering solutions and experience working in an engineering solutions environment.
* The ability to analyse, interpret and effectively communicate data and information to drive performance and solutioning.
* Good knowledge and experience in H&S systems, processes and procedures.
* Can manage multiple priorities under pressure, resilient, and adaptable to change.

Benefits

* Salary up to £52,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, plus £4,500 car allowance.
* Annual Leave – 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 days.
* Generous Paternity Leave, including 4 weeks paid and an optional 2 weeks unpaid.
* Enhanced Maternity Leave, 26 weeks full pay and 13 weeks half pay.
* Access to a range of benefits to help you take care of yourself and your family's health and wellbeing, such as annual health MOTs, access to physiotherapy and counselling, and Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
