You will facilitate program-level processes, drive alignment across teams, and ensure delivery of business value while adhering to governance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Facilitation & Coordination: Lead PI Planning, ART syncs, and other SAFe ceremonies. Manage dependencies across teams and resolve impediments. Program Execution: Ensure delivery of features and capabilities aligned with strategic objectives. Track progress using Agile metrics and report to senior stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Drive relentless improvement across ARTs and coach teams on Lean-Agile principles. Promote adoption of SAFe practices and Agile standards.
