A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 4 years' PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded and award-winning Personal Injury team based in Brighton & Hove.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury matters, while also providing support to partners and senior fee earners on high-value, complex cases including catastrophic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputation claims.
You will report directly to the team leads and play an active role in contributing to the continued success and development of the department.
This position offers exposure to high-quality, complex work alongside recognised leaders in the field, making it an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise in serious injury litigation.
About You
* NQ to 4 years' PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Previous experience in Personal Injury is essential
* Experience managing or assisting on multi-track matters is desirable
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Able to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent client care
This role is hybrid; however, candidates must be based in the South East, as travel to clients (including home and hospital visits) will be required.
