We are proud to be partnering with a highly respected Housing Association in the Merseysidearea who are looking to appoint an Enforcement Officer on a 3-month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working and a hourly rate between £23 - £25 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking ASB management and handling legal proceedings, including attending court and preparing documents.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Respond to all cases of ASB, including hate crimes and domestic abuse cases
2. Prepare and serve legal documents including notices
3. Collaborate with the Neighbourhoods team
4. Handle interviews, witness statements and giving evidence in court
5. Preparing witnesses before they attend court
6. Sign-posting individuals to correct services and making referrals to mediation team
Be advised that the successful candidate must be highly experienced in legal proceedings (attending court) andgeneral ASB duties.
