Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00
Pay Info: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Department Overview
This position is open to either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will enjoy:
* Rotating between 36 and 48 hours per week
* Night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM
* Every other weekend and holiday shifts
* Extra flex premiums and shift differentials!
Your Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
* Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents
* Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
* Demonstrate your nursing expertise while adhering to age-specific standards
* Coordinate care, conduct assessments, and educate residents
* Serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to ensure safe and effective care
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred)
* Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred)
* Can maintain required competencies and certifications
