Job Title: CNC Machine Setter/ Operator Location: Caledon Engineering, Co. Tyrone Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hours: 40.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday Thursday 08.00 to 17.00, Friday 08.00 to 15.00 We are looking for experienced CNC Lathe/Milling machine setter / operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be working with various CNC controls and machines to manufacture precision parts both low and hi volume to a high-quality standard while maintaining the companys Heath & Safety requirements. About The Role Key Responsibilities Program, set or operate CNC lathes and milling machines Assist with selection of appropriate tooling including cutting data to achieve optimal cycle times Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture precision components Inspect and verify finished parts to ensure quality requirements are met using various measuring equipment Machine low and hi volume parts with a focus on accuracy Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to process improvement Maintain production outputs & demands whilst keeping quality records Carry out routine preventative maintenance Assist cross training with fellow employees Adhere to all health and safety requirements What we Offer Early finish on a Friday Competitive pay and overtime opportunities No shift working 30 days holidays per year Health care scheme Company pension TO APPLY Please submit your CV detailing how you meet the criteria outlined in the description. Experience working with large and small size components. Strong problem solving & organisational skills. Flexibility to work overtime should need arise.
