In this role, you will regularly act as Duty Manager, working alongside your team to:

As our Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
* Is experienced in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
