As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take technical ownership of a variety of civil engineering projects, providing design leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, cost-efficient solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and wider design teams on infrastructure, roads, drainage, and civil works across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver civil engineering designs from concept through to detailed stages
* Oversee the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and graduate engineers
* Manage project deadlines, budgets, and client communications
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and practices
* Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders
