Main duties of the job
As a vital part of the multidisciplinary team, you will work with the nursing staff to deliver a high-quality rehabilitation service, aligned with the latest evidence-based practices. You will work closely with other team members, social services, and voluntary organizations to support adults with various physical and mental health conditions.
