Job Description
An established business in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will oversee the recruitment team. Seeking solutions to proactively source candidates and run specialised recruitment campaigns, attending careers events and utilising social media to ensure new and innovative methods of candidate attraction.
Within this role, you will ensure the team utilise the Applicant Tracking System and Job Boards to its full potential.
Responsibilities
* Ensure team members move candidates through the process in a timely manner.
* Build key stakeholder relationships within the People team.
* Keep all relevant recruitment information up to date.
* Develop ideas to ensure that the business is an employer of choice.
* Keeping up to date with salary surveys and advising hiring managers regarding the labour market.
* Assist in writing job descriptions, advertisements and ensure the team utilise the applicant tracking system/job boards effectively.
* Support with candidate interviews and advising hiring managers when necessary.
* Assist with large scale recruitment projects, events and campaigns.
* To manage the PSL to ensure we are getting the best service from external suppliers.
