Position Summary
As a key member of the EMEA Communications team, the Communications Manager – Internal & Owner Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping our Owner Communications strategy and supporting broader internal communications across the region. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, timely, and effective communications that align with Marriott International’s priorities and values.
Based in London, this position operates in a dynamic, hybrid environment and offers an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team, bring creative ideas, drive engagement, and make a real impact within our Communications department.
Scope
1. Location: London (Hybrid)
2. Language Requirements: Strong command of English (written and spoken)
3. Travel: Willingness to travel within EMEA, participate in training, and host/attend evening events
Key Responsibilities
4. Develop and execute Owner Communications strategies aligned with business priorities
5. Support internal communications initiatives across EMEA, ensuring consistency and engagement
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and impactful messaging
7. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively
8. Utilize platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet systems for content delivery
9. Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to enhance communication impact
Candidate Profile
Experience
10. Prior experience in internal communications, PR, marketing, or corporate communications
11. Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
12. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands
13. Tangible communications experience with measurable impact
