Were hiring a Supply Chain, Logistics & Inventory Analyst for a global tech company - a role that keeps their UK warehouse operations running like clockwork.
Youll make sure every shipment that lands in the UK matches its purchase order perfectly, keep stock levels balanced, and jump in quickly when something doesnt add up. Accuracy is everything here.
Youll work closely with a Netherlands-based manager and global teams across Europe and Asia - so strong communication and ownership are key.
Whats in it for you?
* Contract: 6-7 months (until May 2026, possible extension) - inside IR35 - PAYE
* Salary: £70,000 annually (pro rata)
* Location: Fully remote in the UK (you cannot work abroad - candidates to be considered MUST be physically present in the UK with a valid work permit)
* Travel: London office every 1-2 months + quarterly warehouse visits
What Youll Be Doing
* Check inbound shipments match POs - every time.
* Fix stock issues and keep inventory data clean.
* Use Oracle ERP, Jira, Looker, and Excel daily.
* Coordinate with global teams and suppliers.
What Youll Bring
* 3-8 years experience in logistics or inventory management.
* Hands-on warehouse or 3PL experience.
* Detail-focused, organised, and proactive.
