Job Description
3. Oversee all financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Develop and manage budgets in alignment with organisational goals.
5. Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
7. Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
8. Review and improve financial processes and systems.
9. Prepare financial forecasts and risk assessments to support decision-making.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of Finance should be:
11. ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
12. Strong on charity SORP
13. Experienced with X-ledger
14. Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
15. Excellent understanding of financial compliance and regulations.
16. Experience in improving financial processes and systems.
17. Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
What's on Offer
18. Daily rate of £300 to £400, depending on experience.
