They will manage stakeholders up to executive level and ensure effective communication across the programme.The post holder will demonstrate a methodical and structured approach to programme management, governance and decision making and stakeholder management to support delivery of this programme.Flexible working:As one of the few Trusts in London we are proud to offer flexible working as part of our new ways of working, and we are happy to talk flexible working at the interview stage.

In this role you will be able to work Monday to Friday in the time frames from 8am to 6pm, giving you the very best of good work life balance. Working for our organisationThis role sits within the Digital Services Directorate and is located at Denmark Hill.Maudsley Hospital (headquarters) Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2) and is within walking distance from the beautiful green spaces of Ruskin park and the vibrant high-street that offers great shopping opportunities and with a wide range restaurants. Detailed job description and main responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:To lead, manage and coordinate delivery of the AI and Automation programme of work, with a number of associated workstreams including Digital, Finance, HR, Communications and (clinical) operations.To ensure effective governance and decision-making structures are implemented and maintained, that ensure timely and effective decisions, including with partners as appropriate.

To implement effective reporting and assurance processes.To facilitate effective cross workstream communications to ensure all partners are up to date on the latest programme timeline, risks, and issues.5. Manage dependencies of other programmes and ensure realistic plans are in place.To identify and facilitate the timely resolution of ‘bottlenecks’ in the critical pathways of the programme, and to track and ensure owners of new deliverables and actions arising. To problem solve with workstream colleagues, negotiating resolutions to issues arising between workstreams and teams.To provide to agreed deadlines regular reports to the relevant Programme Boards updating on progress and requirements, and to deliver to agreed deadlines, the production of high-quality project documentation.To support the Project Support Officer and other stakeholders to manage the activities in an effective and timely manner.9.

Drive the evaluation approach that may inform changes to improve the approach and aid decision-making about future courses of action.To identify risks, issues, and interdependencies between workstreams and ensure robust solutions are in place to resolve and/or mitigate these.To support the development of skills and abilities across the programme workstreams and wider team which will includes staff from different departments. Develop exit plans as the programme nears completion, contributing, as appropriate, to the development of business case proposals for future investment plans and potential return on investment.To develop training programmes to support the use of AITo produce reports such as benefits realisation and continuous improvement plansTo develop an audit framework to ensure appropriate usePerson specificationQualificationsEssential criteria- Degree and/or Masters or Equivalent qualification. (A)- Project Management Qualifications e.g.

Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience (A, I)- Evidence of continued professional, managerial and personal development. (A,I)Knowledge and SkillsEssential criteria- Experience of leading change programmes in large/complex organisations (A, I)- Experience and successful track record of developing and producing project plans and strategies, and complex delivery across a variety of different multi-disciplinary teams. (A, I)- Programme and project Management competencies, including well developed planning and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

(A, I)- Understand what comprises a robust, quality plan, be able to critically assess a complex plan and communicate constructive feedback (A, I)- Ability to develop strong relationships with Executives, clinicians and other senior managers and teams. (A, I)- Excellent commercial acumen that may have been developed in the private or public sectors. (A, I)- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and including presentation skills.

(A, I)- To have strong leadership qualities, be firm minded in approach and capable of leading by example, inspiring others. (A, I)- To have demonstrably strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills and the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders. (A, I)- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and influencing skills.

(A, I)- Able to establish collaborative working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. (A, I)- Able to think strategically and to analyse complex issues. (A, I)- Able to prioritise and manage own workload with minimal supervision.

(A, I)- Demonstrate initiative and resilience to deal with challenges and resistance. (A, I)- Decision-making skills, including the ability to delegate and make recommendations based on an analysis of options. (A, I)- Ability to deliver results/project outcomes.

(A, I)- Able to work flexibly and adapt to suit the changing requirements of the project (A, I)- Able to analyse complex data, reports and interpret statistical (including financial) data and draw conclusions. (A, I)- Highly skilled in formulating solutions to problems and managing those solutions through to completion. (A, I- Must be numerate.
