Qualifications
Your missions include:
* Participating in sales activities to develop turnover and achieve monthly objectives, providing excellent customer service, and managing store opening and closing.
* Presentation and merchandising of the store: ensuring proper storage of articles, setting up commercial operations, maintaining a clean and attractive store.
* Inventory management: receiving goods, labeling, storing, maintaining stock, and reporting stock anomalies.
* Acting as a brand ambassador: respecting politeness and courtesy towards customers and employees.
* Administrative management: liaising with headquarters, suppliers, security, and maintaining the store.
* HR Monitoring: participating in recruitment.
* Team management: managing, supporting, and onboarding team members.
