Poultry Hygiene Supervisor – Nottinghamshire - Salary Circa £38, + Mon – Fri working + Overtime
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join a leading poultry operation in Nottinghamshire. This key role involves overseeing and managing all hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production facility and offices, ensuring full compliance with industry-leading standards in biosecurity, animal welfare, and food safety.
You will lead a dedicated hygiene team, implement robust cleaning procedures, carry out internal audits, and coordinate closely with site management. The role operates on an evening shift, with a requirement to cover 1 in 4 Sundays—paid as overtime or available as TOIL.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a hygiene supervisory role—or within a livestock setting with team management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Solid knowledge of hygiene protocols, biosecurity, COSHH, and Health & Safety standards
- High attention to detail with good record-keeping and organisational skills
- Flexible, hands-on, and physically fit to work
- Willing and able to work Monday–Friday evening shifts plus 1 in 4 Sundays
The Package:
- Salary to £38,
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:30
- Weekend Work: 1 in 4 Sundays (overtime or TOIL available)
