Business Development Manager – New Business
Location: Alderley Edge (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 base
The Opportunity
ABC Managed Solutions is a fast-growing provider of workplace technology based in Alderley Edge. Historically strong in managed print, the business is now entering a key phase of growth with a clear shift towards becoming a full-service IT solutions provider.
This is a pure new business role where you’ll take full ownership of the clients you win, from first deal through to ongoing growth. You’ll be selling a wide range of solutions across IT, print, and workplace tech, backed by leading vendors and a strong service reputation.
What You’ll Be Selling
* A multi-vendor portfolio of IT, Telco, AV systems & Managed print services
What’s on Offer
* £40,000 base salary
* Car or car allowance
* Higl levels of uncapped commission on GP
* 3 to 4 days a week in the Alderley Edge office to begin with, moving to 2 once you’re established
* Full ownership of your accounts
What They’re Looking For
* A proven new business hunter with 2+ years B2B sales experience
* Background in tech, IT, managed print, telecoms, or similar
* Experience selling contractual or transactional solutions
* Strong commercial awareness with confidence discussing gross profit and deal margin
* Self-motivated, resilient, and confident managing the full sales cycle
