The Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our strategic and operational objectives. This is a varied and rewarding position within a small, dedicated team, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of sport and exercise medicine in the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative functions, including membership services, committee and Council coordination, appraisal and revalidation processes, financial administration, and support for accreditation pathways. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and other staff to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and the delivery of high-quality services to our members, stakeholders, and partners.
This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM systems, financial processes, and committee support is highly desirable.
As part of a transition, this role will replace the current full-time Senior Administrator who is retiring. If candidate availability allows, we hope to arrange a handover period to support a smooth onboarding process.
