About the Role
* Complete all duties in accordance with the requirements of the WysePower operating procedure and Health & Safety Policy
* Carry out all aspects of Contract Management for a number of allocated contracts from initial enquiry to final account and ensure that margins are maximised.
* Prepare specifications and quotations from customer enquiries
* Ensure works are completed to programme, within budget and payments received
* Ensure all sites are compliant with NICEIC requirements including the management of periodic testing requirements.
Main Tasks
* Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site based activities
* Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Actively seek and follow-up sales opportunities and carry out sales visits
* Contract management and value engineering of projects to maximise margins
* Promotion and implementation of operative incentive scheme
* Provide continuous power loads and lighting level data on existing projects and utilise information for future projects
* Regular site visits / inspections
* Work allocation of operatives and their general day to day running
* Control of depot held stock.
* Prepare and submit tenders in line with the specification of the client and the technical expertise of WysePower
* Maintain and take ownership of NICEIC accreditation and requirements.
* Any other ad hoc duties as required
