Cover Supervisor
We are currently seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School in Flintshire committed to providing high-quality education and support to children within KS3 & KS4 classes.
Responsibilities
* Cover engaging lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' social and emotional growth.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants and support staff.
* Engage in regular communication with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress.
* Contribute to the school's ethos of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
* Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools
* Previous experience working within an educational setting
* Creative, Pro‑active and Enthusiastic Individual
* Experience working with children
