Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
* Handle staffing duties including scheduling, performance management, and recruitment.
* Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive profitability.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements.
* Address and resolve customer issues to uphold excellent service standards.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in leading a retail store from any industry.
* Extensive experience in people management in services and/or retail.
* Willing to endorse the Lacoste Values to the highest standard.
* Able to understand, interpret and communicate internal financial results and KPIs.
* Able to use data to drive key decisions and implement new improvement methodologies.
