A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Telford is looking for a motivated Psychology graduate to join their team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. What This Role Offers:
* Full-time position during term-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs
* Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and external specialists such as educational psychologists and speech therapists
* Create a nurturing, positive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
* Build practical experience that supports further study or professional development
Who We’re Looking For:
* Recent Psychology graduate (2:1 degree or above preferred)
* Strong interest in SEN, child development, or therapeutic education roles
* Empathetic, patient, and effective communicator who builds strong relationships
* Experience supporting children in any setting is a plus but not essential
* Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic school environment
