You will process relevant documentation for cross-college provision, maintain appropriate records and update data records within the directorate’s areas of responsibility. You should have some previous work experience, have good written and verbal communication skills and have good general IT skills, including Word and Excel. Qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE Level, Grade 9 - 4 (A – C), is essential. The position is suitable if you are just starting out in the world of work, or if you are looking for a change of career and wish to retrain in customer service & administration in a busy office environment.
