At Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, it’s not just about serving food and drinks. It’s about crafting a memorable experience for our guests from start to finish. As a Banqueting Waiter/Waitress, you'll be at the heart of this mission, making sure everything runs smoothly, from setting tables and assisting the kitchen to replenishing supplies and keeping work areas clean. Your role goes beyond just serving; you’ll help make every interaction feel special.
What You’ll Do: You’ll be the backbone of the food and beverage team, ensuring the operations flow seamlessly. Whether you're setting the scene for a fantastic meal, assisting with kitchen prep, or cleaning up to make sure everything is ready for the next guest, you’ll be actively contributing to the overall experience. Your tasks will involve being on your feet, moving around the venue, managing the menu, and lifting items up to 50 pounds with assistance. It’s all about staying hands-on and getting it right, every time.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is a plus, but not required
3. No supervisory experience necessary
