Title: Investor Relations Associate Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Supporting ongoing fundraising efforts for Blackstone’s Private Equity funds Supporting senior sales team in their lead generation, investor outreach and follow ups Managing the team task list and internally coordinating responses to follow up promptly Maintaining fundraising pipelines by geographies and products to aggregate the European team effort on a real time basis Investor Meetings and Events, assist with onsite investor meetings and conferences by hosting investor meetings and on-site due diligence involving the broader investment team Creating and distributing pre-meeting briefings to meeting participants Playing a central role in organizing investor events and planning the conference calendar Distributing marketing and other relevant materials Attending meetings, preparing draft meeting notes for upload to CRM, and following up on investor requests. Utilize CRM to coordinate large scale prospecting (e.g. adding contacts to campaign) Ad hoc requests (e.g. Pulling list of investors for a specific fund etc.) Qualifications : Our people are our most valuable asset.
