The Production Administrative Assistant will possess a comprehensive range of SAP knowledge and general spreadsheet / data entry experience. Ability to process raw data into formats required by the business for analytical review, and support the SAP business system with data entry.
Key Skills
* SAP experience within production of works orders and data entry.
* Good basic knowledge of Microsoft office software.

Responsibilities
* Adhere to Tradebe policies and procedures completing all necessary documentation.
* Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements in relation to completion of waste transfer documentation.
* Raise Purchase requisitions and PO's within SAP system as requested.
* Ensuring the relevant buying managers are kept up to date with any changes to delivery dates.
* Ensure all goods in are booked in to the booking system.
* Booking all stock (bulk and consumables) received or dispatched to and from site for the Production & QC department are fully processed through SAP.
* Maintain document links for production spreadsheets and relevant scanned documents.
* Raise relevant SAP paperwork for internal movements and process completed documents.
* Input data from production department for overtime sheets presented by shift managers.
* Raise SAP & complete orders for all bulk waste disposals.
* Maintain training record files and associated registers for production personnel as training records are presented from the production management team.
* Update the purchasing manager(s) of stock items purchased and delivery dates are kept, communicate any changes to dates to the relevant manager.
* Maintain a central spreadsheet of purchases and expected delivery date / and dates of actual deliveries with PO's.
* Ensure all chemical consumables are correctly booked into SAP and are reflected in the SAP stock systems for use within the production SAP system.
* Maintain files for all transport related documentation including goods in / out.
* Report any administrative near misses through the current reporting tools as provided by the business
* Update KPI spreadsheets on ageing stock for review to the Planning manager.
