Role Responsibilities:
📚 Your Role as an Early Years Educator
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities
* Create safe, inclusive learning environments
* Build strong relationships with families as aKey Person
* Track and report on childrens progress through observations and assessments
Required Qualifications:

* Level 3 qualification in early years education/childcare
* Experience working with children under 5
* Empathy, energy, and great communication skills
* Previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, Nursery Nurse, or Nursery Practitioner
