The Performance Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in driving profitable user acquisition across multiple digital channels. You’ll work across paid media, attribution, funnel optimisation, and data reporting—shaping strategy as well as delivering results.
Role Highlights
* Manage and optimise PPC, paid social, SEO, and affiliate campaigns
* Own campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
* Build weekly dashboards that bring campaign performance to life
* Design A/B tests with statistical rigour to drive continual improvement
* Track market shifts and competitor tactics to keep us ahead
You Will Need
* 2–4 years’ experience managing Google and Meta Ads in a growth-focused setting
* A proven record of delivering results against CPA/ROAS targets at scale
* Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and statistical testing methods
* The ability to distil complex insights into clear, actionable takeaways
* Experience in fintech, ecommerce or B2C SaaS (desirable but not essential)
