Job Responsibility:
In this role, you'll serve primarily as the point person for developing, creating, and implementing digital marketing campaigns that support our insurance sales, broker relations, and company strategy.
We're looking for an Insurance Brand and Marketing Advisor to help us promote our insurance products. As an Insurance Brand and Marketing Advisor, you're expected to research target audiences, and create content and organise marketing campaigns that align with company strategies. You will be expected to document your sales progress and create periodic reports to present to your manager or other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be proactive, organised and detail-focused to support the planning, coordination and execution of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be confident creating content, comfortable managing digital platforms, and highly efficient in campaign organisation. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to get hands-on with both day-to-day tasks and strategic planning.

Requirements
* 3 years' experience in a marketing, digital, or brand-focused role
* 1 years' experience working in insurance
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines
* Positive, proactive attitude and collaborative team spirit
* Ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships
* Good understanding of commercial insurance
* Computer literacy
* Experience working with databases/ Microsoft Office/CRM software/analytical software
* Experience working with graphic design software (Adobe, Canva, or other graphic design tools and software)
* Experience working with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
* passionate, enthusiastic, and organized people-person known for bringing creative marketing plans to the table that are proven to drive brand and sales results
* You'll be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail. You will be as comfortable writing captions and scheduling posts as you are compiling reports or supporting an event rollout
General Responsibilities
* Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through content creation, campaign coordination, events and other marketing initiatives that engage new and existing target audience groups
* Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed
* Assist in managing broker accounts and development
* Manage and update annually all marketing related policies and procedures
Copywriting & Content Creation
* Write engaging and on-brand content across email, social, website and other promotional channels
* Write copy email campaigns, event listings, social media, and website posts
* Ensure consistency in tone of voice across all touchpoints
* Contribute to creative content ideas for social posts, reels, and stories
* Support content production and scheduling across paid and organic campaigns
Campaign Coordination
* Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
* Maintain and manage the marketing calendar across all channels
* Coordinate internal and external logistics for campaigns and activity
* Assist in end-to-end campaign planning for flagship events, online sales, and international pop-ups
* Help shape campaign messaging, USPs, and rollouts
* Compile periodic reports on campaign, email, social, and database activity
* Conduct competitor research and support with promotional planning
Digital Platform & Channel Management
* Upload and schedule content across social platforms (e.g LinkedIn), and company website
* Monitor and respond to social media engagement (connection requests, comments and DMs)
* Liaise with external partners and suppliers (e.g. slipcase, insurance press)
* Conduct regular website and social page checks and update where necessary
Email Marketing
* Assist with email campaign scheduling, segmenting and sending
* Write subject lines and email body content
* Create visual creative content
Marketing and Special Projects
* Support influencer activity and outreach
* Help deliver special projects.
* Support delivery of marketing plans and rollout
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week
