To grow Stryker's Joint Replacement business by promoting Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and

optimizing customer service, growing existing accounts through technical expertise.

The Product Support Specialist – Manual & Robotic provides clinical product support to end users along with

guidance and assistance during Mako surgical procedures.

Responsibilities include:

1. Demonstrating outstanding ethics, treating customers and employees with respect, and representing the company positively.
2. Communicating the benefits of products and their clinical applications.
3. Delivering excellent customer service, acting with integrity, and fulfilling commitments.
4. Constructing and executing business plans in collaboration with mentors and managers.
5. Developing sales rapport, understanding customer needs, and utilizing troubleshooting to grow the business.
6. Understanding stakeholder decision processes and asking appropriate questions.
7. Working under supervision, keeping supervisors informed, and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
8. Planning and prioritizing activities, supporting existing customers, and expanding customer base.
9. Developing strategies with customers to strengthen Stryker's market position.
10. Maintaining effective communication and negotiation to build sustainable relationships.
11. Monitoring market conditions and addressing challenges collaboratively.
12. Participating in organizational meetings and managing customer database/CRM tools.

Clinical/Technical Expertise:

1. Providing front-line support during surgical procedures.
2. Training surgeons and staff on the use of Stryker’s Mako robot and related software.
3. Assisting with pre-operative planning and troubleshooting technical issues.
4. Collaborating with Field Service teams for maintenance and issue resolution.
5. Building knowledge of implants, instrumentation, and robotic applications.
6. Educating stakeholders on clinical benefits and best practices.
7. Completing necessary training and certifications for robotic and manual procedures.
