Job Description:
Job title: Field Reimbursement Manager, Hemophilia, Southwest
Main responsibilities:
* Serve as subject matter expert on Sanofi’s rare blood disorder and Hemophilia patient support programs, payer claim processes, billing and coding education, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
* Develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategies, tailored to specific geographies and customer contexts.
* Coordinate business activities and drive results within the assigned geographic area, ensuring effective execution of strategies and tactics.
* Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
* Monitor coverage, coding, and reimbursement communications for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid sectors.
* Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to foster a culture of respect, prioritization, and focus on product launches.
* Educate healthcare office personnel on billing, coding, and patient support programs.
* Build relationships with healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues, facilitating product access in compliance with policies.
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* 4-7+ years in specialty pharmacy reimbursement or access, with proven results.
* Experience in launching Hemophilia or complex specialty products.
* Experience coordinating patient and provider support services.
* Ability to travel as needed within the geography, with a valid driver’s license.
* Soft and technical skills: Self-starter, energetic, collaborative, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and experienced in self-infused products and payer environments.
Education: BA/BS in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits are available.
