Lick & Stick Graphics have a key position within our sales team for an outgoing, energetic and proactive individual. We are looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join our mix of creative minds, specialist print technicians & installers, to keep our dedicated and highly skilled team busy. Ideally suited for individuals with a flair for sales who want to join a fast-moving digital print business. Someone that is comfortable picking up the phone to both cold & warm prospects and able to work closely with high profile clients across a number of industries. We are looking to find someone who wants to build a career in sales within our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work closely with high profile clients in the Event, TV & Film, Retail and Office Fit-Out sectors. Responsibilities: Identifying new businesses through research and prospecting. Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Following up warm leads generated through targeted marketing. Meet clients face to face presenting our portfolio of services with a view to closing new business. Liaise with internal resources to facilitate client requests from concept to delivery. About you: Must have previous new business sales experience within a B2B setting A positive and energetic individual, driven to succeed and able to build strong rapport internally and externally. Ability to quickly build credibility, define customer requirements and maintain accurate client communication. Confidence in sales presentations to clients with strong communication skills. Ideally an understanding of the large format digital print market or associated industries but not essential. Computer literate with a knowledge of MS Office and Social Media Full UK Driving Licence (Required) What we offer Company Pension scheme 23 days holiday, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year Competitive Salary, plus commission with total on-target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 (base salary will be dependent on experience The role is based in Egham with travel to clients mainly within the South East Competitive Car Allowance Please note, applications will be reviewed from September.
