We are currently recruiting for suitably qualified Architectural Assistants (Part 2) to join our award-winning practice to work on a series of new and exciting projects in the sport, education, hospitality, health and commercial sectors.
Roles and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :
* Assisting with speculative design work and design development
* Preparing high-quality presentation materials
* Producing and developing drawings, models, and production information
* Supporting the coordination, collection, and review of consultant information
* Ensuring compliance with the company's Quality Assurance systems
* Maintaining awareness of CDM regulations
* Contributing to model making, drawing, and internal project management
* Assisting with issuing packages and managing CAD systems in line with QA standards
Successful candidates will have:
* Strong design skills with creativity and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills, both written and oral
* Confident presentation abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to work with the latest CAD systems (Revit skills essential)
