For the purposes of advertising this role is advertised several times across our operating areas. There are 2 roles.

About the role

Are you experienced designing and delivering training on Corporate Systems to a diverse group of colleagues? We have a two opportunities to join the team offering expert advice on the delivery of systems training across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for liaising with internal customers across multiple departments to create and deliver tailored training materials that upskill the workforce. This means you’ll ensure a consistent and thorough approach to systems training.

Monitoring success is key as you’ll generate and analyse reports to monitor the effectiveness of systems training. This will ensure alignment with business objectives.

This means you'll be responsible for ensuring all training is accurately recorded and kept up to date within the learning management system or booking platform. Additionally, you'll manage and maintain the self-help hub on SharePoint, making sure it remains a useful and accessible resource for all employees.

Other daily activities include providing advice to managers and employees on systems training, guiding the Academy Team to ensure tracking of training for compliance, and responding promptly to training-related queries.

About you

If you have experience building effective relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be familiar with company systems like Maximo/OFS, using your organisation skills to prioritise multiple activities for various customers across several work functions.

This means you’ll demonstrate strong understanding of customer needs, using your communication skills to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. This will be paired with the ability to work effectively as part of a team with a sense of individual accountability.

Please note the successful candidate will require a full UK Driving licence
