We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and vivacious team. As a rapidly expanding and standalone small animal practice with an exceptional reputation, we are lucky to have a lovely spacious and welcoming clinic; which is fully equipped with 4 consulting rooms (including a bereavement room), and separate cat, dog and isolation wards.
We are an ISFM cat friendly (Silver) practice, and are proud to be able to offer fantastic facilities including digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound and K-Laser, and support a wide and varied caseload. Alongside our knowledgeable and compassionate nurses, we possess a wealth of experience within our veterinary team, including two certificate holders; and actively encourage certificates amongst our team as part of CPD and progression. Visiting specialists (orthopaedic, cardiology, ophthalmology) provide additional in-house learning opportunities and support, contributing to job satisfaction and career development.

We are looking for an outgoing and articulate individual with experience in clinical practice; and who is able to demonstrate a strong level of communication and organisational skills, being able to manage everyday surgical and medical procedures alongside client care. The position offered is part time role of 3 days/25 hours per week with a 1 in 4 Saturday mornings rota and no OOH.
