ABOUT THE ROLE
Your Responsibilities :
In this role, you’ll be conducting varied duties across a wide range of properties. Responsibilities would include dilapidations, Surveys, Licences, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters.
1. Conducting site visits
2. Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
3. Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
4. Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
5. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Skill Set:
6. Experience working on residential buildings.
7. A construction-related degree and relevant experience.
8. Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
9. A full UK driving license and have access to your vehicle.
10. Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
