Following strategic expansion and recent acquisitions, including a long-established Nuneaton practice, the firm is further strengthening its Commercial Property capability and is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team.

About the Role
* Practise across a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinances and related transactional work
* Deliver high-quality legal advice to a varied client base, including local businesses, landlords, tenants and developers
* Work collaboratively within the commercial property team while managing your own files with autonomy
* Engage with clients and professionals across the region, building strong professional relationships and contributing to further business growth
Your Experience
* Qualified solicitor with strong commercial property experience
* A track record of managing files independently, providing clear and pragmatic advice
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a varied caseload
* Excellent communication, organisational skills and commercial awareness
