MEP Partner - Building Services
City of London | £120,000-£130,000 + Benefits

The London Partner is seeking a MEP Partner, ideally mechanically orientated to work alongside themselves to grow and help lead the building services division. This is a senior leadership role for a professional with proven technical project delivery experience on large-scale building services projects, ideally within the commercial, residential or heritage sectors.
Key responsibilities include
* Leading and managing MEP project delivery to budget and design excellence
* Maintaining and developing strong stakeholder and client relationships
* Driving business development, winning new work, and expanding the division
* Supporting the growth and mentoring of the London building services team
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the division, with the long-term opportunity to progress toward equity partnership

* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
* Proven ability to win work and contribute to business growth
