Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We're seeking a proactive and motivated Admin Assistant to join our busy and dynamic office. This is a full-time, on-site role with plenty of scope to learn new skills, take on responsibility, and progress within a supportive team.

What You'll Do:

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members
* Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and general office tasks
* Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling and appointments
* Assist with reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Support business operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional attitude
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
* Previous admin or office experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
