We are seeking an experienced Construction Teacher with the ability to deliver high-quality lessons to students at Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring learners and equipping them with the practical and theoretical skills needed for the modern construction industry.
In this teaching role, classroom presence and management are important, and good communication skills are vital. Planning, preparing, and marking will be expected, so experience in these areas is preferred. Most importantly, you should be confident in your subject knowledge and able to adapt lessons to students' abilities.
The successful Construction Teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching construction to KS4 and KS5 (BTEC, T-Level, or equivalent).
* Strong industry knowledge and a passion for hands-on, skills-based education.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
