We are looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Service Users.
We support adults aged 18–65 living with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges. This is a companionship-focused role, where building trust and meaningful relationships is key — although some Service Users may require personal care and support with daily living tasks.
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals live fulfilling lives by providing tailored support that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
* Encourage and promote independence wherever possible
* Monitor and respond to health and well-being needs
* Provide emotional and social support to enhance quality of life
* Follow and implement individual care plans
* Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure a safe environment
* Engage in ongoing training and professional development

* Able to work flexibly – some weekends and evenings
* ESSENTIAL: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for transporting service users
