Full job description
We are currently searching for a professional and ambitious person to join our clients IT support team. You will become part of a small team and will be expected to have solid experience in an IT support role.
Within this position you will be working closely with employees providing IT support both remotely and face to face. You will be playing an integral part in the organisation providing technical support for hardware and software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To provide prompt 2nd line support onsite or remotely to ensure operational problems are resolved in a timely manner
* Proactive monitoring of IT Systems
* Preparing and building equipment as required
* Installation & Configuration of hardware, software and IT Infrastructure
* Diagnosing system errors and other issues
* Ensure IT support processes are followed and documented
* Troubleshoot, appropriate problem solving and ensuring IT issues are being dealt with effectively, and to the customers satisfaction.
ESSENTIALS SKILLS
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange 2007 - 2019
* Office 365
* Microsoft Teams
* VMware
* Firewalls
* Anti-Virus
* Networking
* Windows Server 2012 – 2019
* Windows 7-10
* 1+ Years in an IT Support role
You must be eligible to work in the UK when applying for this position. Training/Certification will be provided.
Benefits
Salary - £19500 to £30,000 per annum
