Responsibilities
* Deliver induction and refresher training to groups of up to 10 staff.
* Manage the recruitment and vetting processes for new recruits.
* Support your development into the training field, including the qualifications needed to support the role.
Qualifications
* At least 12 months experience in the social care industry (such as a care home or domiciliary care).
* Excellent organisation and administration skills.
* Ability to adapt training style to a diverse cohort of trainees and be a people person.
